Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on calculated on the volumetric weight of your purchase and your destination.
Delivery timeframe
The time frame is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: This is the time it takes to verify your order and payment and packaging it for shipment. Orders are processed within 3- 5business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to your destination. Local (South African) orders take 2 – 4 business days to arrive. International delivery usually takes about 7 to 15 business days to arrive.
Method
- For local (South African) orders: we mostly make use of Courier Guy to deliver to your door in all main centres in South Africa.
- For international orders: we make use of Aramex to deliver to your door in most cities around the world.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Wit Bliksem Wear, you can return your order for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The items returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached for the return to be accepted.
